This workshop is for Early Childhood lead teachers who have an assistant in their classroom. The presentation will cover the important role the assistant carries in the classroom and how the lead teachers and assistant support each other in their work. There is a need to work together in a new way to meet the needs of the children that are coming into our classes. Kris Hughs will share her experiences and lead a discussion on this very important topic.
