Social Emotional Development of the Young Child (repeat of Nov)

Katherine Scharff

Saturday February 27, 2021

There are societal expectations, pressures and rules of how children are supposed to act. How can we support the young child and parents navigate this world?

We will explore the development of the social emotional life of the young child, how to strengthen attachment, rhythm, the role of imitation, guidance around clear boundaries, self-initiated cooperation and conflict. What tools can help us in the classroom and childcare settings to support this development?

This workshop will be held via Zoom. Information on how to connect will be sent via email the day prior to the workshop. The workshop will NOT be recorded.

You will be directed to PayPal for final payment. You can choose to pay with a credit card (no account required) or via PayPal account
