From heart to hand, interactive play with puppets brings delight to children of all ages! We invite early childhood care givers and teachers to join us for this workshop specializing in the creation of a hand puppet and exploration of its educational, as well as therapeutic dimensions. The hand puppet supports engaged learning for the child - particularly helpful during transitions and in social-emotional learning support.

Participants must sign up by February 20, 2023 so that a hand puppet materials kit, needed for this workshop, is able to be mailed in time for the class. A materials fee of $60 to cover shipping and all that is needed to make a hand puppet character (excepting a sewing kit and threads) is included in the tuition. 

Moderate hand sewing skills are needed.
